AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM RG/2 CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION REGARDING COVID-19

March 30, 2020

To Our Family of Clients and Friends:

Our thoughts are with everyone who has been personally affected by the novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak during this uncertain time. At this time, there are no reported cases at RG/2 nor the households of our colleagues. We are grateful, and we wish you and your loved ones good health and well-being as this situation unfolds.

As part of our Business Continuity Plan, we have identified and implemented key procedures, processes and protocols that are critical to our ability to maintain uninterrupted service to you, our clients, in the same manner you have come to expect. In summary, we have the technological infrastructure for business continuity that limits disruption to services and minimizes inconvenience to clients.

Recently, out of an abundance of caution and in the spirit of supporting “social distancing” to help limit the density of our workspace and with the goal being to limit exposure to risk, portions of our team have started to work remotely. Rest assured you will still have access to all team members via email and telephone, and we can gladly accommodate replacing face-to-face appointments with video conferences or conference calls.

RG/2 is currently limiting all non-essential travel. Additionally, we encourage clients to provide documents to us using one of our secure electronic systems.

We believe all the actions we are taking, including those noted, allow us to support the health and safety of our team, our clients and our communities.

Rest assured we are committed to maintaining the quality and timeliness of service that you expect from us, and to honor the trust you place in RG/2. With that said, please keep in mind that our highest priority is the health and safety of our team members and clients.

Thank you for your understanding and on-going support, and please stay diligent and continue to take the recommended steps to protect your health and the health of your loved ones.
